Encouraging and Equipping Women
to Be Transformed by God's Word
The women of Willoughby Bible Church hail from all walks and seasons of life, but share a passion for pursuing God's plan in our lives. If you're looking for encouragement in your faith journey, need help growing closer to God, or simply want to enjoy fellowship with like-minded ladies, we invite you to join us.
All are welcome at His table, so all are welcome at ours.
Women's Bible Study
Join us every first and third Wednesday of the month as we study God's word!
Our winter study will focus on the book of James. The Book of James is a practical guide for Christian living that emphasizes that true faith must be lived out in action. James teaches believers to stay strong through trials, seek God’s wisdom, control their words, care for the needy, avoid pride and worldliness, and live with patience and prayer.

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
Now through the end of January, WBC will be collecting for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. 100% of the proceeds for this special offering are used to fund international missions, in honor of Lottie Moon.
On July 7, 1873, Charlotte “Lottie” Moon was appointed as a missionary to China. With a bold spirit and a heart full of love for the Lord, she dedicated her life to sharing the gospel with the people of China and faithfully served until her passing on December 24, 1912.
Lottie’s life was marked by deep compassion, courageous obedience, and tireless commitment to God’s call. She demonstrated the impact one person can have when fully surrendered to Christ and inspired many to consider their role in missions.
Through her heartfelt letters home, Lottie encouraged churches to support missions through their prayers and giving. Those efforts led to the creation of the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® for International Missions, which continues today—supporting missionaries around the world as they share the hope of Christ.

Special Offerings
"The needs of these people press upon my soul, and I cannot be silent. It is grievous to think of these human souls going down to death without even one opportunity of hearing the name of Jesus."
Lottie Moon (1840-1912)

God Has a Plan for You
God’s offer of grace and blessing is available to everyone, regardless of where we come from or past mistakes we’ve made. We all stand on equal ground, with the same promises in the Lord Jesus Christ. His message is for all, and it is in Him that we discover who we are and what we live for.
At Willoughby Bible Church, we believe in helping people become authentic followers of Christ. And our hope is that through studying God's word, gathering with like-minded believers, and praying with and for one another, we will all be inspired to go out into the world with a greater sense of purpose and significance in God's perfect plan.

"'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.'" - Jeremiah 29:11
